Protestant Unionist Loyalist Social Education has been established to promote the education and development of PUL groups in areas that are predominately Protestant/Unionist/Loyalist by enabling people to realise their full potential and to use it for their own benefit and that of the community.

The PULSE website has been established to promote Protestant/Unionist/Loyalist culture and history. It will present, honestly and impartially, the truth and allow you, the reader, to decide for yourself. It will provide facts and information that will allow you the observer to reach a greater understanding of life in as a Protestant Unionist Loyalist, and it will act as a counterbalance to the vile anti-PUL propaganda that Sinn Fein/IRA and other Republican groups sell to the world.

PULSE Profile:
PULSE is primarily an information resource and advice service. However, PULSE and the associated discussion forums, chat rooms and Calton Radio section of the site, make up the most intensely active corner of Protestant Loyalist and Unionist web space. The intensity and frequency of discussion on the forums suggests that this website has become an important focus for a significant proportion of the PUL community. The role of PULSE, in organising events, sponsoring bands, hosting band websites and Dances since its conception on March the 17th 2004 provides evidence that online activity has become woven in with the Protestant, Unionist and Loyalist scene.
