Steeple Protestant Girls folded tonight. I only joined them last year. Only all girl band in Northern Ireland and it was my first band.

I was looking forward to mastering the flute and parading with my daughter in this band.

I am thinking about joining another band now, although I liked the idea of being in an all girl one.

    I thought they had already folded a year or two ago, but its good they lasted a few exxtra years but sad to see them fold

    What was the reason for folding? Sorry to hear this news. A girls band was started in the village of Newbuildings, just outside Londonderry city but this didnt take off and folded soon after.
